“Uh-Oh There’s a Connection Problem” Message During Login to Quickbooks.

Issue:
When clicking on “Start” to access Quickbooks, the following error message is returned.

Resolution:
This can occur if you have attempted to connect / reconnect to Quickbooks through the “Integration” > “Quickbooks” option in LeadsPiper.
Only the Quickbooks account owner should ever need to connect. Please contact your Quickbooks account owner and have them reconnect themselves to Quickbooks.
